A smoothie is a quick protein-packed meal for your baby to be. What makes them easy smoothie recipes for moms is the practicality of just grabbing some ingredients and throwing them in. Heck yeah, Momma. What's easier than that? Pregnancy smoothies can be refreshing as well as fill you up. Keep your fruit frozen and ready.
