But what is emotional intelligence?
Emotional intelligence is defined as a person's ability to express and manage feelings appropriately while respecting the feelings of others, and it's a skillset that can be taught to children. It helps children learn to regulate their emotions and be aware of the feelings they experience in relation to the people around them.
