Cassidy from Let's Talk Baby Wearing joins me today, and we had a very candid conversation about sore girl bits after baby, fear of falling while holding your baby and of course, everything babywearing.
Babywearing can be a great way to keep your baby close while you get things done around the house or run errands.
There are several different types of baby carriers, including slings and wraps.
Babywearing safety tips:
- If you or your partner are tall, consider a wrap instead of a carrier that positions your baby high on your chest.
- Don't leave your baby in a carrier for extended periods of time.
- Follow the manufacturer's instructions for how to use the carrier correctly.
- Don't let anyone else use your carrier without talking to them about how to wear it first.
Babywearing can make it easier to go about your day while also keeping your baby close.
